Al Tazaj's flagship restaurant, Taza opened its door for business with its first outlet in Makkah, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1989. To date, there are 110 Taza restaurants in the Middle East. The word Tazaj denotes freshness. Taza chicken is delivered fresh every morning, direct from the farm.
