That's right, Anca, Charl, her mother, the two dogs, all three cats, even the turtle, our fellow teachers Juliana and Paula, all wish you to find benefit and satisfaction from our services. ​ We focus more on physical practice that lead to mental benefit. Our services include Aerial, Aerial for ladies, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin and Hatha classes.
