Action Park is home to several adrenaline-raising concepts such as; a paintball park in Dubai and The Smash Room with many more to come Paintball is a game that originated in America in the early eighties it involves teams or individual players competing against each to eliminate other players by hitting them with paint-filled pellets fired from a compressed gas-powered gun, otherwise known as a marker, and complete game objectives. Paintball is a lot of moving, kneeling, crawling, standing, and running! Once you get the gun in your hands you won't even notice how much hard work you are doing until after the day! Most people will be sore from the actual moving during the game rather than the paintball marks. Drink plenty of fluids and go hard.
