Based on my experience, I first contacted them to inquire about rates and other details. They provided comprehensive information about the rates and customs duties for the specific items that needed to be cleared by the customs department in India. After clarifying all my doubts about shipments and rates, I scheduled an appointment for them to pick up my belongings from my house. On the scheduled pickup date, they arrived punctually and brought all the necessary packing materials. Two to three people were available for packing, and they did an excellent job. They packed all our furniture items by placing thermocol and bubble wrap on each item to ensure proper protection. Our items included mirrors, marbles, tables, sofas, chairs, refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, cooking range, dishwasher, microwave oven, water dispenser, wooden cupboard, bed parts, king-size mattress, and all our household items. I was completely satisfied with their packing and the services they provided. We awaited the arrival of our belongings at our receiving location in India after opting for sea cargo express, with an estimated delivery time of 25-30 working days. They were diligent in providing us with up-to-date information on the cargo status when we inquired. Finally, when the Indian delivery agent notified us that our goods had arrived at the warehouse and would be delivered within 2 days, we were thrilled. When the goods arrived at our place, they were in excellent condition with no scratches or dust. I am highly satisfied with the service provided by ABC Cargo and Couriers Burdubai. Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend ABC Cargo and Couriers.
