Our safaris and our camp are in none other than the beautiful and prestigious DUBAI DESERT CONSERVATION RESERVE (DDCR) UAE's first national park. The park is carefully planned to protect the last of the desert wilderness. The unique reserve was created to protect the endangered flora and fauna, conserving the natural desert habitat and heritage. Contrary to famous belief desert is home to many mammals, reptiles, insects and plants, forming an essential part of the beautiful Heritage of Dubai. We at 57 Safari are humbled to be part of this prestigious reserve. 57 Safari camp is built in DDCR - one of the only two camps. The central ethos of the reserve is sustainability, and the main philosophy of 57 Safari camp where everything is made from recycled materials.
