The traditional ITALIAN GELATO is made with fresh milk, fresh eggs in some flavors, pure fine sugar, fresh cream, and other natural ingredients such as chocolate, nuts, vanilla beans, etc. The traditional sorbet is made with pure spring water, fresh fruit and sugar. The ITALIAN GELATO has a short shelf life (24 hours in display), is daily made and it's healthy compared to the industrial ice-cream (who has an average shelf life of 24 months). We do not add any chemical preservatives or conservatives. ITALIAN GELATO has also less sugar and fat compared to Premium Ice Cream. It has a velvety texture that melts in your mouth without leaving any unpleasant coating.
